Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce hits game show with “Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?” Amazon announced on Tuesday.
The 20-episode show is based on the popular game show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” The premiere will air on Prime Video.
“I grew up loving game shows, and I'm excited to follow in the footsteps of many TV icons by hosting my first show, 'Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity,'” Kelz said in a news release. “The original show was a huge hit, so bringing a new format to the screen with everyone's favorite celebrities is sure to delight. “I'm excited to be on the hosting side of the equation here and look forward to seeing how these popular faces continue,” said Kells.

Kelce's show will follow the premise of the original, with an adult contestant trusting a group of fifth graders to help them answer 11 questions on a variety of subjects to win a $100,000 prize. “Are you smarter than a celebrity?” Class 5 students will be replaced with celebrities.
Kelce, 34, and the Kansas City Chiefs won their second straight Super Bowl in February. Eight-time Pro Bowler and four-time NFL All-Pro rose to prominence last season for Philadelphia Eagles great, Jason Kelce.
