“If you're a good person, don't worry about it”

Rebecca Ferguson has shared an update on what happened after she revealed she “stabbed” an unnamed co-star while filming.

In a new interview, the star of films like The Hill: Part Two And Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Talks of panic among his former co-stars, worried they'll be followed.

“Number one, yes, I enjoyed the catch,” Ferguson said The Jess Cagle Show. “But I realize that I'm now – at 21 – it doesn't matter. I definitely think I'm very open. I also know where my boundaries are. But the purpose of the interview is not about finding the person – of course, people will be interested. But I'm about the question. Excited, this is a good question [Josh Smith]. The reason is: Is there a point in your life where you've been treated in such a way that you've changed your decision – this is how I framed it – where you want the change, or you don't accept it? It was a defining moment for me working with this person.

She continued, “But I get phone calls from amazing co-stars I've worked with saying, 'You understand what you've done, right?!' I was like, 'Oh my god, I don't think so.' I mean, it's not my responsibility to be honest. You know, 'cause my story is my story, if you're a good person, don't worry about it.

“That person is Meryl Streep, everybody knows that,” joked Cackle, to which Ferguson replied with a laugh, “Oh no!”
