Miranda Derrick says her life is “in danger” following Netflix doc

The 25-year-old also denied Miranda’s claims that the family was unsupportive of her religious views, which focused more on God shortly after the influencer joined 7M in 2020.

“I went to a couple of their private parties and a couple of services where you have to be invited, and I picked up all these red flags,” Melanie said. “So when she says we’re not supportive, it’s because I see something she doesn’t.”

Melanie, who is also a TikToker, accused the organization of “wanting to tear us apart” after they stopped showing their events.

“Sure enough,” he remarked, “look where we are.”

In a June 4 statement to E! News, 7M Films called the documentary “a scandalous work of fiction, born out of a failed extortion attempt, and invented for the sole purpose of gaining fame and fortune.”

“We will continue to pursue all available legal remedies to prevent the spread of dangerous falsehoods,” the statement continued, “and expect to be fully vindicated in court.”

E! Messages to Shekinah Church for comment on the documentaries were not returned. E! Netflix declined to comment when reached.
