The brother of late fitness guru Richard Simmons has revealed the cause of his death in a statement People Wednesday Magazine.
According to Simmons’ brother Lenny, the LA coroner’s office said the TV star’s death at age 76 was caused by a recent fall and complications from heart disease.
“The toxicology report was negative except for the drugs that Richard was prescribed,” Lenny Simmons said. “The family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support during this great loss.”
